An information website, not an online checkout
The website presents collections, guides and business contact options. It has no cart or online payment. A photo, enquiry or partnership message does not by itself establish stock, an accepted order or payment.
Purchases and custom orders
Agree the individual garment’s material, size, price, payment arrangements and any proposed adjustment with the store. For custom orders, discuss material, cut, measurements and estimated timing separately. The website does not make a universal delivery or alteration promise. This page does not restrict applicable purchasing rights.
Messages and partnerships
By default, the partnership enquiry form prepares a message in your own email or WhatsApp application. Send it there; completing the fields does not establish automatic receipt or creation of a partner account.
Partner enquiry data processing notice

We process your name, organisation, partner category, email address, optional telephone number, message and language to evaluate and respond to a proposed B2B partnership. Submitting a request is voluntary and does not subscribe you to marketing newsletters; please do not submit identity documents, bank details or sensitive personal data.
Lawful basis and recipients: Processing is based on our legitimate interest in evaluating and responding to business partnership enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or pre-contractual steps where a natural person personally requests steps toward their own contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We do not make solely automated partnership decisions. When direct online intake is enabled, technical processing involves EU-hosted database storage (Supabase, eu-west-1), bot/abuse verification (Cloudflare Turnstile), transactional notification delivery (Brevo) and the controller’s designated operator mailbox ([email protected]).
Retention (90 days): An enquiry that does not convert into a signed partnership becomes eligible for deletion 90 days after its server-recorded creation; follow-up contact or status updates do not restart that period. A documented legal obligation or active dispute may justify a restricted, time-limited hold. Signed partnership records, agreements, sales and commissions follow separate contractual and accounting retention rules. Deleting a database row does not recall previously delivered email, and restricted encrypted backups expire on a rolling schedule.
Your rights: You may contact us ([email protected]) to request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, portability where applicable, or to object to processing. We normally respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
