Analytics and session recordings

Google Tag Manager loads only if you allow at least one measurement purpose. Google Analytics 4 visit statistics and Microsoft Clarity session recordings can be selected separately. Both are off by default. Rejecting optional tracking prevents these tracking codes from loading; we do not request advertising consent.

Google Analytics measures page views, traffic sources, approximate country information, scrolling, and phone, directions and WhatsApp clicks. These are interest signals, not confirmed store visits or purchases. When permitted, Microsoft Clarity creates click and scroll maps and strictly masked session recordings. We do not load measurement code on the partner portal or send form entries or PINs in measurement events.

We store your choice in the kaftan_consent_v1 browser-storage entry for 180 days. Withdraw it at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal deletes accessible Analytics and Clarity cookies on this site and reloads the page; it does not recall data already sent. We configure Google Analytics cookies to last at most 60 days.

GA4 user- and event-level retention is two months, with reset on new activity disabled. Aggregated standard reports may follow different retention rules.

Legal basis and your rights

Optional measurement is based on your consent. Rejecting it does not restrict use of the website. You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction from the controller, and exercise data portability where its conditions apply. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may complain to the Hungarian supervisory authority, NAIH.

Clarity recordings and aggregated data have different retention periods; selected samples and favourites may be kept longer. See Microsoft’s retention description. Deleting browser cookies is different from deleting data already held by a provider.

Maps only on request

Google Maps on the store page loads only through the “Show map” button. Your browser then connects to Google and technical data such as an IP address or browser information may be transmitted. Close it using the same button in the map area. This does not recall data already transmitted. The choice applies to the current page only; it is not saved in cookies or browser storage.

Browser storage and search

The daily information text uses no browser storage. After a successful partner login, the portal keeps the displayed account view and temporary private-document capability only in the current page’s memory. It does not save partner details, transactions, the PIN or document tokens in browser storage. Reloading requires a fresh login. Logout, expiry or leaving the page clears the view and attempts to revoke the server session; an outstanding login response cannot restore it. Old cached views are removed on startup. The server stores only a hash of the session capability and enforces its expiry and revocation. Document links are generated on request and expire after 5 minutes. For sign-in abuse prevention, the server keeps a keyed hash of the gateway-provided IP address (IPv6 subnet) in short-lived counters, eligible for removal after 24 hours during subsequent sign-in requests. Administrator changes are recorded in a restricted history without PINs or full bank details. Logout clears the view. Content search uses a local Pagefind index.

External links and hosting

WhatsApp, Instagram, email and journey planner links open external services or applications when you click. Those services’ own privacy policies apply to subsequent use. GitHub Pages serves this website; technical requests and provider logs may be involved in hosting. This page does not claim that external providers process no data.
